Task: Unboxing and professional assembly of a NordicTrack T-Series treadmill in a residential basement.
Work performed:
- Carefully unboxed and inspected all components for transit damage.
- Assembled the main frame, uprights, and console according to manufacturer specifications.
- Calibrated the incline system and centered the walking belt for smooth operation.
- Verified all safety features, including the emergency stop key.
- Cleaned up the workspace and disposed of heavy packaging materials.
Tools used: Socket wrench set, Hex keys, Level. Time to complete: 1.5 hours.
